I am an artist, photographer and art teacher. Working in the Washington, D.C. area gave me the opportunity to work at the Corcoran Gallery of Art and the Hirshhorn Museum of Art in my younger days before going back for my master’s degree in Art Education.

Chiaroscuro is especially fascinating to me and is evident in a good deal of my work. In addition to my family, places and nature are important in my memories, and I represent my feelings through the paintings and photography presented in my work.
